Jason Vassiliades

President

Jason Vassiliades is Neighborhood Property Group’s President and a managing director with Oaktree’s Transportation Infrastructure strategy and leads the Transportation Innovation Group. Jason spent an earlier portion of his career as an advisor and director of real estate and economic development projects in the United Arab Emirates. Jason has also worked for international non-profit organizations on social and economic development projects. Jason has an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in finance from Miami University (OH).

Dimpesh Darjee

Senior Vice President of Acquisitions

Dimpesh Darjee is Neighborhood Property Group’s Head of Acquisitions. Previously, Dimpesh was at TIAA/Nuveen where he held several roles, primarily the Head Portfolio Manager for the TIAA General Account Commercial Mortgage business and also Head of Transactions for the New York Regional team. He spent the earlier part of his career at Northmarq and Edison Properties. Dimpesh received his B.S. in Finance and Management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and completed the General Course at the London School of Economics.

Eric Schultz

Senior Vice President of Acquisitions

Eric Schultz serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Neighborhood Property Group. Eric brings experience from Shorenstein Properties where he served as Vice President, executing over $3 billion of investment transactions and overseeing asset management of a $700M value-add portfolio. Prior to Shorenstein, Eric worked at LaSalle Investment management where he was a Portfolio Management Associate. Eric received his B.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his M.B.A from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Nick Kastein

Senior Controller

Nick Kastein serves as Senior Controller for Neighborhood Property Group. Nick started his career at Baker Tilly where he worked on the Construction and Real Estate Team. Prior to joining Neighborhood Property Group, Nick served
as Accounting Manager with CA Ventures’ Industrial platform and RMD Construction. Nick received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Marquette University.

Emily Dubuque

Acquisitions Associate

Emily Dubuque serves as an Acquisitions Associate at Neighborhood Property Group. She joins the team from J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas Group where she worked as an analyst supporting both asset management and acquisitions in the central region of the U.S. Prior to her role at J.P. Morgan, Emily graduated from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame where she received a B.S. Finance.

Ronan Byrne

Head of Construction

Ronan Byrne serves as Neighborhood Property Group’s Head of Construction. He has spent his 20+ year career in infrastructure development, working from the earliest point of a project’s inception through design and construction. Ronan’s experience includes projects ranging from multi-year billion-dollar airport terminal redevelopment programs to industrial sea ports. Projects of note from his career are the Redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport’s Terminals C and D, the expansion of JFK Airport’s Terminal 4 and the new Greenfield airport at Branson, MO, which was the first privately financed commercial airport constructed in the US. Ronan has degrees in mathematics and civil engineering from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

Aaron Cormack

Aaron Cormack

Asset Management

Aaron Cormack serves as Asset Manager with Neighborhood Property Group. Previously, he was with the national parking operator SP+ for 8years in various positions within the Commercial Parking Operations division. Consistent revenue growth through operations optimization and technology integration culminated with Aaron’s creation of the Asset Management department at the publicly traded SP+. As Director, he led a national team of 5 analysts in generating over $3 million in new revenue per year. Prior to SP+, Aaron served as a Behavior Analyst with the Johns Hopkins affiliate Kennedy Krieger Institute. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy.
